BEAST YOUTH PERFORMANCE CLASSES

Rookies (2nd Grade thru 5th Grade) – Build foundation for development of athletic skills and self-esteem.  Introduce resistance training through body weight exercises.  Introduction to proper running mechanics and SAQ drills. 

Monday through Thursday 6pm, Saturday 9am.

 

All Stars (6th Grade thru 8th Grade) – Continue to build foundation for development of athletic skills and self-esteem.  Increase resistance training components.  Higher level of conditioning.  Higher level running mechanics and SAQ drills. 

Monday through Thursday 6pm, Saturday 9am.

 

MVPs – High school athletes with a number of years of training experience that can tolerate more intense levels of training.  Focus on proper execution of compound movements in order to increase power and strength development. 

Monday through Thursday 7pm, Saturday 10am.

 

Hall of Fame - High performing High School, College and Professional  Athletes and older.  Focus on sport specific strength and speed training techniques centered on an athlete's individual needs. Intense, advanced training methods to help athletes improve speed and strength performance. 

Monday through Thursday 7pm, Saturday 10am.

BEAST ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

Shred-N-Shed - This Metabolic Conditioning class will increase your metabolism so you can start burning fat and calories. Increase strength, power and lean muscle dwhile also doing cardiovascular work to condition your body for peak performance.  Strength, cardio and core all packed into a high intensity 60 minute workout.

Monday through Saturday 9am

Monday through Thursday 6pm

 

*** TRX Suspension Training - We incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainer in all of our training programs.  TRX is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

 

"BEAST Rank" Testing

Every Athlete will be tested and receive their own personal BEAST Rank as part of thier initiation.  We will continually retest the atheltes to establish improvements.  Each individual will be tested on

  • 20 Yard Dash

  • Vertical Jump

  • Med Ball Throw

  • 5-10-5 Agility Drill

  • Broad Jump
