SHRED & SHED

This metabolic conditioning class will increase your metabolism so you start burining fat and calories.  It will increase strength, power and lean muscle.  Our program will incorporate cardio work to condition your body for peak performance.  Strength and core will give you a full body work out packed into a high intensity 60 minute shred session.  You will receive unlimited access to our high energy fitness program.
