Individual programming designed by your coach that is specific to your sport or personal goals.  We will create a custom work out plan unique to reaching your peak performance and fitness goals.  Sessions may be conducted in a small group coaching setting or individually.  

This membership includes 5 customized coaching sessions per month and unlimited access ot our youth group training or adult fitness training sessions.
