At this level Athlete are just starting out.   We are looking to get proper movement and form across multiple principles form running, body weight strength, mobiliyt and flexibility.

This is a transition age, depending on athletes ability.  If the athlete has the proper movement pattern we will transition them to more weight training.   


These athletes have proper mechanics in all high level skill movements from running to weight lifting. 


These athletes are UNLEASHING thier INNER ATHLETE.   Form, work ethic and Motivation is at the highest!
