At Beast Training Academy, we offer two ways to do that this summer: Private Training for athletes who need individualized coaching and faster results, and our Summer Membership for athletes who need consistency, structure, and long-term development.

Whether your athlete needs personalized attention or a full summer training routine, Beast has a path built for them.


Not every athlete needs more reps. Some need more attention.


Private and Small Group Training at Beast Training Academy are built for athletes who need more than just another workout—they need focused coaching, real development, and results that carry into the season. Whether it’s Private 1-on-1 coaching for maximum personalization and faster progress, or Small Group training for competitive energy and built-in accountability, both options are designed to improve speed, strength, movement, and confidence. Private training gives athletes a fully individualized plan based on their goals, sport, and performance needs, while Small Group training offers semi-private coaching in a high-energy setting with 2–4 athletes pushing each other to improve. Both are built for athletes who want more attention, better coaching, and the edge to separate from the competition.



Private / Small Group coaching is ideal for athletes who:

Summer Membership: Train 2x / Week


For athletes looking for consistency, structure, and long-term progress, our Summer Membership is the foundation of summer development.


This 10-week summer program gives athletes the ability to train 2x per week all summer long, helping them stay active, build strength, improve speed, and develop confidence heading into the season.


This is the perfect fit for athletes who need a consistent routine and want to improve without losing momentum over the summer.


Summer Membership focuses on:

  • Speed development

  • Strength training

  • Movement mechanics

  • Athletic confidence

  • Long-term consistency


Athletes ready to take training to the next level can upgrade to unlimited summer access, including both morning and evening sessions throughout June and July.

The more they show up, the more they gain.
