Big week ahead and a few important updates to kick it off.



Be A Lion Combine Update This week’s Be A Lion Combine will be held on Thursday and Saturday, giving athletes two opportunities to step up and compete. Athletes may choose to participate in one or both sessions; however, only the first completed attempt will be recorded as their official score. This keeps the competition fair while encouraging athletes to approach each test with full intent and focus from the start.


Each session should be treated like game day — arrive prepared, warmed up, and mentally locked in. The Combine is designed to measure true speed, power, and athletic ability, not second chances. Every rep matters. Every test is an opportunity to prove where you are and what you’ve earned.

BUILT, Not BORN! — 12-Week Training Cycle Launch We are officially kicking off our **12-week training cycle, BUILT, Not BORN! — a focused, intentional phase that builds all the way to the April Be A Lion Combine. This cycle is designed to develop athletes from the ground up through smart progression, quality movement, and purposeful intensity.


Every session is about stacking quality reps — not rushing, not surviving workouts, but training with intent. We will dial in speed mechanics, strength development, power output, and durability, ensuring athletes are not only faster and stronger, but more confident in how they move. The goal is simple: show measurable progress when it matters most on Combine day.


This phase is also about culture. Training alongside teammates who push the standard higher every day. If you have a teammate, classmate, or friend who’s serious about getting better, now is the time to bring them in. Athletes grow faster when they train together, compete together, and hold each other accountable.





🚨 New Program Alert: Everyday Performance 🚨We’re excited to officially introduce Everyday Performance — a coach-led training program built for the Everyday Athlete. This program is designed for adults who understand that training isn’t about chasing exhaustion or quick fixes, but about building a body that performs better in real life.


Everyday Performance focuses on moving better, getting stronger, and staying resilient so you can handle whatever your day throws at you — work, family, sport, or stress. Training is structured, progressive, and intentional, with coaches guiding every session to ensure proper movement, smart intensity, and long-term results. This is training with a purpose, not random workouts.


You’ll be supported by accountability, clear programming, and a system built to help you win your day — whether that means feeling better at work, having more energy at home, or continuing to train hard without breaking down.


This isn’t about being elite for a season — it’s about being capable for life.
