We’re upgrading our sessions to give athletes more value, more development, and more results.

Rookie (7–9) & All Star (9–12)
1-Hour Speed + Strength
One of our four speed styles (Top Speed, Multidirectional, Acceleration, Plyometrics) + Age-appropriate strength training in every class. Designed for maximum focus, safety, and fun while building athletic fundamentals.

MVP (12–15) & HOF (15+) →
75-Minute Speed + Strength
Extended training time for more advanced athletes to push their strength, power, and speed to higher levels.
Allows for deeper skill work, heavier lifts, and more advanced speed mechanics without rushing.
