Girls Track & Field Strength, Speed & Conditioning Camp!
Track athletes benefit from proper weight training as much as any athlete. However, most track athletes don't spend nearly as many hours in the gym as they do on the track. The gym is where you develop power for the track, which is critical for improving your performance.
Simple analogy: Take two of the same sport cars and race them side by side. They will be very close every time. Take one to the garage, add another 100 horsepower and put it back on the track. The next race won't even be close.
Having a structured athletic development program allows for improved performance, reduces overuse injuries and increases self-esteem. Our Athletic Development program serves as the foundation to support the athletic skills needed to be successful in all the sports you participate. Increasing explosive power, strength and speed, as well as, flexibility, balance and coordination will improve performance.

Softball Specific Strength, Speed & Conditioning Camp!
Softball is one of the last sports to understand the importance of strength and athletic development as part of their training regimen. Having a structured athletic development program allows for improved performance, reduces overuse injuries and increases self-esteem. Our Athletic Development program serves as the foundation to support the athletic skills needed to be successful in all the sports you participate. Increasing explosive power, strength and speed, as well as, flexibility, balance and coordination will improve performance.
Dates: November 4th thru February 26th, Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 8pm-9pm
Ages: 8th grade and High School athletes
Cost: All In Option = $384.00
Once a Week = $240.00
Daily Drop In = $20.00
Full Camp Payment Up Front = $320.00

In Season Membership

Increasing explosive power, strength and speed, as well as, flexibility, balance and coordination will improve performance.
We believe strongly that all athletes need to be on a well-designed In-Season program to continue to develop these skills and avoid injury during their competitive season. Our belief is if you are focused on maintaining, others are passing you by. Your focus should be on getting better day by day so that at the end of the season you are stronger then you were when you started.
BEAST Performance offers a $79 per month In Season group training membership. This membership will allow you one session per week or 4 sessions per month in our BEAST group training classes throughout your season. This allows your athletes the ability to find a day a week to get into the facility and continue to develop the strength and speed needed to compete at the highest level.
BEAST Training Academy continues to provide elite programming to help our athletes reach their goals!
Showcases, combines and exposure camps have become a huge part of the sports of Baseball and Softball. Of the skills tested, Exit Velocity is one of the most important scores scouts and recruiters pay attention to. It measures the speed of the ball as it comes off the bat. Coaches can predict the potential success of a hitter by their exit velocity.
