BTA Performance - Building Athletes is two 4-week cycles of our strength building program and speed and agility program. This is the perfect program to build strength and increase your speed, agility and vertical. This will follow Coach Joe's 4 quarter programming.
BTA Speed & Agility
BTA Performance - Building Athletes is two 4-week cycles of our Speed and Agility program. This is a program to get your ready for the season. We will be working on linear, directional, acceleration and plyometrics.
