ROOKIE
7-12 yrs old
Focuses on fundamentals of athlete performance and physical activity for individuals ages 7-11. We will work on linear speed drills, agility, functional movement and injury prevention (strength and flexibility). Our goal is to develop and improve overall fitness, athletic performance and build overall confidence.
ALLSTARS
10-14 yrs old
Designed for athletes 10 and up, In this class we will be learning the fundamentals of strength training. Sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, plyometrics and explosive movements. We will be working on both linear and directional speed, power movements and jump training.
MVP
12-14 yrs old
Designed for athletes 12 and up, who aspires to push his or her speed, agility, power and plyometrics to another level. The intensity and pace is much higher than the All Star class. Sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, plyometrics and explosive movements. We will be working on both linear and directional speed, power movements and jump training.
Hall of Fame
15 and Up
Designed for athletes 15 and up, who aspires to push his or her speed, agility, power and plyometrics to another level. These athletes have good form and work ethic in the academy that they will be working more on a supervised self-paced program. At the top of every hour a coach will demo and instruct the WOD. Then the Athletes will attack the workout.
