Our unique Mobility Test helps us identify weak areas in an athlete's body so that we can create personalized training programs to address those weak areas. We believe in promoting strength, agility, and overall well-being through our program, so that athletes can reach their goals and perform at their best.
STRENGTH / CONDITIONING
At Beast Training Academy, we are committed to helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Our experts have developed a Strength Test to identify the areas where athletes need improvement. The test includes strength, agility and coordination exercises to help athletes become more powerful, faster and agile.
